This notice explains how Capila, s. r. o., operating the Cordix Intelligence brand and this public Cordix Intelligence website, processes personal data connected with the website and communications with us.
It does not govern processing inside customer deployments of the Cordix Intelligence product. No customer production-data processing is covered by this website notice.

1. Controller
The controller is Capila, s. r. o. Cordix Intelligence is a brand of Capila, s. r. o. Company identification and contact details are shown below and in the footer. Capila has not appointed a data protection officer; privacy requests can be sent to info@capila.io.
2. Data we process
- Website visitors: technical request and security data such as IP address, browser/device information, date and time, requested URL and diagnostic information generated by hosting infrastructure.
- People who contact us: full name, work email, optional company name, message content and related business communication.
- Calendly users: if you choose the 30-minute call link, booking data is provided through Calendly under its own interface and privacy information.
- Analytics: only after your consent and only when analytics is configured, a pseudonymous browser identifier and page-view data are sent to our EU PostHog endpoint.

5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer outside the EEA takes place, we use the transfer mechanism applicable to that provider and transfer, such as an adequacy decision (including an applicable EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification) or the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.

- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
- Withdrawal of consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
8. Supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, or with another competent supervisory authority where the GDPR permits.

We update this notice when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The current revision date is shown at the top of this page.
